20 large pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup cooked scallops, chopped

1/2 cup crab meat, flaked

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup spinach, wilted and chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups marinara sauce

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook Pasta Shells: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, scallops, crab meat, half of the mozzarella cheese, wilted spinach, minced garlic, lemon zest, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Stuff Pasta Shells: Stuff each cooked pasta shell with a generous spoonful of the seafood mixture, placing them seam side up in a large baking dish.

Add Sauce and Cheese: Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, ensuring they are evenly covered. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
