Ingredients

2 cups of seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup of fresh strawberries, hulled and frozen

1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen

1/2 cup of coconut water (or your choice of milk)

1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1/4 cup of Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

Toppings: sliced fresh strawberries, diced watermelon, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, mint leaves

Instructions

In a blender, combine the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, frozen banana, and coconut water (or milk).

Blend on high until smooth. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add a bit more frozen fruit. For a thinner texture, add more liquid.

Taste the mixture and add honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter, blending again to combine.

If using, add Greek yogurt to the blender and pulse until just incorporated for extra creaminess.

Pour the smoothie into a bowl, creating a smooth surface.

Artistically arrange your toppings such as sliced fresh strawberries, diced watermelon, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, and a few mint leaves on top of the smoothie.

Serve immediately and enjoy with a spoon!
