Ingredients

1 cup dill pickle juice

2 cups ice cubes

1/2 cup cold water

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Optional: 1 tablespoon agave syrup (for a touch of sweetness)

Pickle slices (for garnish)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender, combine the dill pickle juice, cold water, ice cubes, fresh dill, lemon juice, and agave syrup (if using).

Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy in texture. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides for an even blend.

Adjust Consistency: If your slushy is too thick, add a little more cold water and blend until it reaches your desired consistency.

Taste and Adjust: Taste your pickle slushy, and if you prefer a sweeter taste, stir in more agave syrup.

Serve Immediately: Pour the slushy into chilled glasses, and garnish with pickle slices on the rim or floating on top.

Enjoy: Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing, tangy pickle slushy!
