8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup diced pimentos, drained

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for heat)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the grated sharp cheddar cheese and softened cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth and well combined.

    Add the mayonnaise to the cheese mixture, mixing until creamy and uniform.

      Stir in the diced pimentos, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

        Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Adjust seasoning according to your preference.

          Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow the flavors to meld.
