Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

1 lb ground beef

4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or chives, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine or penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until browned (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Bacon and Vegetables: To the pan with the beef, add the cooked bacon, diced onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the onions are translucent.

Make the Alfredo Sauce: Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Gradually add the Parmesan and cheddar cheese, mixing until melted and smooth. Add Worcestershire sauce and Italian seasoning, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well to ensure the pasta is coated with the creamy sauce. Toss in the cherry tomatoes and mix gently.

Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley or chives and more cheese if desired. Serve immediately while warm.
