1 pound ground beef or ground turkey

4 large fresh jalapeños, diced (remove seeds if less heat is desired)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh cilantro or green onions for garnish (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Cook the Meat: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef or turkey, seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

      Prepare the Jalapeños: While the meat is cooking, prepare the jalapeños. Dice them finely, ensuring to remove the seeds for a milder flavor. If you prefer a spicier dish, you can leave some seeds in.

        Mix the Creamy Base: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Mix until well combined and creamy.

          Combine Ingredients: In the skillet with the cooked meat, add the diced jalapeños and the creamy mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
