Ingredients

2 large yellow onions, finely chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup sour cream

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté Onions: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté for about 10 minutes until they become soft and translucent.

Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until fragrant. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.

Add Cheeses and Onions: Fold in the sautéed onions and garlic mixture, along with the shredded cheddar and grated Parmesan cheese. Make sure everything is well combined.

Bake: Transfer the mixture into a greased oven-safe baking dish. Spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped chives or parsley. Serve warm with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, or vegetable sticks.
