Ingredients

1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skinless and cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup hot honey (store-bought or homemade)

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the cubed salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to ensure all pieces are evenly coated.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Arrange the seasoned salmon bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Drizzle the hot honey and lemon juice over the baked salmon bites, then return to the oven for an additional 1-2 minutes to caramelize the honey slightly.

Remove from oven, transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve warm as an appetizer or snack.
