Healthy Grilled Chicken Ranch Wraps

Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 whole wheat wraps or tortillas

1 cup mixed greens (spinach, arugula, romaine)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cucumber, sliced

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/4 cup ranch dressing (preferably low-fat)

Fresh herbs for garnish (optional: parsley or cilantro)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.

    Grill the Chicken: Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

      Slice the Chicken: Once the chicken has rested, slice it into thin strips.

        Assemble the Wraps: On each whole wheat wrap, layer a generous handful of mixed greens, followed by sliced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and shredded carrots. Drizzle ranch dressing over the top.

          Roll the Wrap: Starting at one end, carefully roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go to secure the fillings.

            Serve: Cut the wraps in half diagonally. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side.
