1 lb (450g) boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Creamy Parmesan Pasta:

8 oz (225g) fettuccine or spaghetti

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 clove garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta:

    - In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Set the pasta aside.

      Prepare the Chicken Bites:

        - In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter.

          - Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

            - Add the chicken pieces to the skillet, season with smoked paprika, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.

              - Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

                Make the Creamy Sauce:
