Ingredients

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Season the chicken pieces generously with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and parsley.

Add the seasoned chicken bites to the skillet in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown on one side.

Flip the chicken pieces and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the chicken and give it a good stir to coat.

Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.

Serve immediately, either as an appetizer or alongside a fresh salad or rice.
