2 large cucumbers, sliced into thick rounds

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

8 oz fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini), halved or left whole

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
