Ingredients
  

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/2 cup chipotle ranch dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

1 cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 medium tomato, diced

1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Lime wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts with half of the chipotle ranch dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor).

    Grill the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.

      Slice the Chicken: Once rested, slice the grilled chicken into strips.

        Assemble the Burrito: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a scoop of cooked rice, a few slices of grilled chicken, black beans, corn, cheese, avocado, diced tomato, and chopped cilantro in the center of the tortilla.

          Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom to encase all the ingredients. Ensure the ends are secured. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
