Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional for texture)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

4 hamburger buns

Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for toppings

Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.

Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on one side until golden brown.

Flip the patties and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is cooked through.

Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes until they are lightly browned.

Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun, topping with lettuce, tomato, and pickles as desired.

Finish with the top half of the bun and serve warm.
