Ingredients

1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (or a mix of basil, oregano, and thyme)

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for a kick)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh veggies or crackers for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a small baking dish with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Prepare Boursin: Using a spoon, scoop the Boursin cheese and gently mold it into a sphere or keep it as a block in the center of your baking dish.

Mix the Coating: In a medium bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried Italian herbs, cayenne pepper (if using), and chopped parsley.

Add Olive Oil: Drizzle the olive oil over the breadcrumb mixture. Using your hands or a fork, mix well until the breadcrumbs are evenly coated and crumbly.

Coat the Cheese: Generously pat the breadcrumb mixture over the Boursin cheese, ensuring it’s entirely covered, creating a nice crust.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Pair with fresh veggies, crackers, or toasted baguette slices for dipping.
