1 lb rotini pasta

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

Salt and pepper to taste

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp butter

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: In the same skillet, add the butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
