8 oz penne pasta

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced

4 strips of bacon, chopped

1 cup heavy cream

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup chicken broth

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Cook the Bacon: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the pan.

      Sauté the Chicken: In the same skillet, add the olive oil. Add the diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

        Make the Creamy Ranch Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and ranch dressing mix. Let it cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

          Combine Ingredients: Lower the heat and add the cooked chicken, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the sauce. Stir until the cheese melts and the mixture is well combined.
