1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Transfer the cottage cheese mixture into a greased oven-safe bowl or individual ramekins, spreading it out evenly.

Layer the cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and black olives on top of the cottage cheese mixture. Be creative with the arrangement for a colorful look.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the vegetables.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes, if desired.
