Chicken Ramen Stir Fry (30 minutes)

200g ramen noodles

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 bell pepper, julienned (any color)

1 medium carrot, julienned

1 cup sugar snap peas

3 green onions, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1-inch piece ginger, grated

3 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 teaspoon chili paste (optional, for heat)

Sesame seeds for garnish

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the ramen noodles, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry for about 5-6 minutes or until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of oil. Sauté the minced garlic and grated ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then, add the bell pepper, carrot, and sugar snap peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

        Combine Ingredients: Once the vegetables are cooked, add the chicken back to the skillet along with the cooked ramen noodles.

          Flavor the Stir Fry: Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and chili paste (if using) over the stir-fry. Toss everything together until well combined, making sure the noodles are evenly coated and heated through.
