Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps – So Good

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup baby spinach or mixed greens

½ cup diced tomatoes

¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

    Lay a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture across the center, leaving about 1-2 inches at the edges.

      Top the chicken mixture with a handful of baby spinach or mixed greens and some diced tomatoes for added freshness and crunch.

        Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up from the bottom, ensuring the filling is tucked in as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

          Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Lightly brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil for a crispy finish.

            Place the wraps seam-side down on the skillet and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese melts.

              Remove from heat and let sit for a minute. Slice each wrap in half and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
