2 large chicken breasts, grilled and sliced

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried parsley)

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Mixed greens or spinach (for filling)

Optional: sliced tomatoes and red onions

Prepare the Garlic Sauce: In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, sour cream, mayonnaise, olive oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.
