Cheesy Garlic Chicken Wraps

2 large chicken breasts, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Hot sauce for serving

Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink. Stir in the minced garlic, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

    Add the Cheese: Reduce the heat to low and add the mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the chicken mixture. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined. Remove from heat.

      Prepare the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. On one half, layer a handful of fresh spinach, followed by a generous spoonful of the cheesy chicken mixture.

        Fold and Roll: Carefully fold the bottom edge of the tortilla over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it tightly to secure the filling inside. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.

          Toast the Wraps: In the same skillet, place the wraps seam side down, and toast them for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

            Serve: Cut each wrap in half diagonally and drizzle with sour cream. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot. For an added kick, serve with hot sauce on the side.
