2 large chicken breasts, cooked and shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

4 large flour tortillas

1/4 cup garlic cloves, minced (about 8 cloves)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped

1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Garlic Mix: In a small skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat.

      Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, and sautéed garlic. Stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center, then top with fresh spinach and diced tomatoes (if using). Fold the sides of the tortilla in, then roll up from the bottom to create a wrap. Repeat for remaining tortillas.

          Bake the Wraps: Place the wraps seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are heated through and golden brown.
