Ingredients

4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh fruit (like berries or sliced fruit, for topping)

Maple syrup (optional, for serving)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place a 9x13 inch baking dish or an oven-safe skillet in the oven to heat up.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the flour, sugar, and salt to the egg mixture, whisking until smooth and no lumps remain.

Once the baking dish is hot from the oven, add the melted butter, swirling it around to coat the bottom of the dish.

Immediately pour the pancake batter into the hot buttered dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pancake is puffed up and golden brown around the edges.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.

Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with fresh fruit on top and maple syrup on the side, if desired.
