1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Zest of 1 lemon

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the shrimp: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, paprika, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.

      Coat the shrimp: Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss until they are thoroughly coated in the butter lemon mixture.
