2 ripe avocados, halved and pitted

1 small jalapeño pepper, seeds removed and finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 teaspoon ground cumin

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil (optional for creaminess)
