Ingredients

1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: In a medium bowl, combine the steak cubes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and rosemary. Toss until the steak is evenly coated.

Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.

Cook the Steak Bites: Once preheated, place the marinated steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Make sure not to overcrowd; you might need to do this in batches.

Air Fry: Cook the steak bites for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. For medium-rare, check for an internal temperature of 130°F (54°C). Adjust cooking time based on your preference (e.g., for medium, aim for 140°F (60°C)).

Rest and Serve: Once done, remove the steak bites from the air fryer and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side for an extra zing.
