8 oz (about 225g) rotini or fusilli pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup cucumber, diced

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: croutons for garnish

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.

    Prepare the Vegetables: While the pasta cooks, chop the cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Set aside.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large serving bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and sliced red onion.
